The control panel combines the traditional knob with the additional features of an electronic display for oven settings: temperature probe, timer, etc. It has a push-button interface, providing easy precision control of oven settings, and offers a large oven capacity with 14 cooking modes. This product includes a VSH (VariSimmer-to-high) Pro Sealed Burner System, and a “SureSpark” ignition system on all burners for consistent ignition. Available in 30, 36 and 48-inch sizes.
