Alan Scales brings over a decade of experience in residential multifamily and mixed-use architecture to his management role as Studio Director. Scales is responsible for overall project direction from planning and design, team coordination and client communications. From project to project he carries tremendous knowledge in site planning, entitlements, project coordination, design development, building department approvals, and construction administration.
